Description

The Rossmax GB102 is a professional-grade, manual aneroid sphygmomanometer used to measure blood pressure without relying on batteries. Designed for both clinical and home use, it pairs a traditional inflation bulb with a 300 mmHg pin-stop manometer and a stethoscope.

How to Use

Wrap the cuff securely around the upper arm, lining up the artery mark with your inner arm.
Place your stethoscope’s chest piece on the brachial artery (just below the cuff on the inner elbow).
Pump the inflation bulb to rapidly increase pressure (about 20-30 mmHg above your typical systolic reading).
Slowly turn the air release valve to deflate the cuff, and listen carefully for your pulse (Korotkoff sounds) to accurately record your systolic and diastolic blood pressures.
